Placing an order
When you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email from PayPal (it'll say you made a payment to 'Robert Madin' - he runs the shop).
We're currently unable to send you a personal confirmation of your order by email, but as long as you get the email from PayPal, we will have definitely received your order.
Delivery
Orders usually take between 1 - 3 weeks to be delivered.
If you haven't received your item/s after 3 weeks of placing the order, please use the 'contact' form to let us know, making sure you state your NAME, DATE OF ORDER and exactly WHAT YOU ORDERED within the message.
